HR Support/Leadership

Married, has twins, and two amazing adult children that live in Virginia and Georgia. Loves being with family, playing tennis, and swimming! Chessie has over 15 years of HR experience and holds a masters degree in Human Resources. Previously, she worked for Hercules Real Estate Services, Lowes, and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. Chessie prides herself in impacting the lives of others, has a passion for people and helping small businesses.

Sarah Richards

HR Specialist

Mother of a clever young boy that knows what he wants. She enjoys traveling, music, and the beach! Sarah is a masters prepared Human Resources professional with over 10 years of diversified experience in the areas of finance, production, and management. Previously, she worked at TowneBank Mortgage, Monarch Mortgage, and Strayer University. She thrives on providing all parties with excellent customer service and ensuring their best interests are consistently a top priority. Sarah believes that working in Human Resources is not just the act of connecting someone with a job, it’s about connecting someone with the opportunity to pursue their passion.

Allisa Sivils

Operations

Married with an inquisitive two year old, a very creative teenage daughter, and son that just made his way to Michigan for college! Loves song and dance! Family time is spent camping or hitting the beach for frequent day trips to the Outer Banks. Allisa has over 15 years of Operations and Management experience in the Health and Information Technology industries. She strives to stay creative and mindful in her ability to help others, as there is always more than one solution.

Payroll/Finance

Juan Johnson, Jr. graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Real Estate. Juan’s passion is to help individuals and businesses build a strong financial foundation. Juan assists in
payroll administration, processing, and management.

Ashlea Sims

Administrative Coordinator

While Ashlea assists with HR administration, her energy and smile carries the team through the day, which is why she is a perfect fit to assist with employee engagement projects. Ashlea enjoys being with family and also loves to use her talent in social media projects.
